Description:

Axel is a 4 year old plated lizard who was recently came in as an owner surrender. He is very skittish, as most plated lizards are, and doesn't really enjoy handling. Although this may be something that will change over time and consistent handling, he may just never enjoy it. Axel is currently in a 4ft long enclosure with a basking spot and multiple hides. He will require a minimum 4x2x2 enclosure, with a basking spot, multiple hides, decor, sticks and rocks to climb on and a t5 10.0 or 12% linear UVB. He is eating crickets, super worms, mealworms, dubia roaches and various greens. Axel likes to spend time in his water dish as well. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
